To become a member of the PHS MoU Group, follow the steps below.

1. Please fill out the form APPLICATION FOR MEMBERSHIP OF PHS MoU GROUP and send it to the PHS MoU Group office by fax or e-mail, using the contact info below.

2. Please print out two copies of the all pages of MEMORANDUM OF UNDERSTANDING IN RESPECT OF PERSONAL HANDYPHONE SYSTEM (PHS) and complete page three (Execution). Please keep one copy for yourself and send the other copy via postal mail to the address below.
