Each PHS terminal and Cell station should have unique ID code used for identifying
each equipment worldwide to make radio connection. Duplication of this ID Code
causes the serious problem on the connection. PHS MoU Group Secretariat assigns
and manages the ID code each country worldwide (except for Japan). PHS Operators
and PHS equipment venders who need to get this ID code have to contact the PHS
MoU Group Secretariat.
