The secretariat of the Group shall perform (a) secretarial work in respect of general meetings of the Group, the Steering Committee and working groups, (b) the maintenance of documents, (c) management and assignment of PHS ID code and (d) general affairs of the Group.

The PHS MoU Group Secretariat is located in Tokyo, in the Kasumigaseki area, near many Japanese ministries and governmental offices. See the map below for directions.
