WILLCOMfs Flat-Rate Plan


     WILLCOM will launch first in the industry the gWILLCOMfs Flat-rate Planh service to provide voice communications between WILLCOM terminals, direct mails and E-mails at free of charge only by paying the monthly basic fee from May 1 (Sun.), 2005.
     With this service, high quality flat-rate service having various features supported by WILLCOMfs large capacity micro-cell network such as, (i) fixed-line level clear voice quality, (ii) wide covering area (aiming at 99% population coverage by 2005 end), (iii) low SAR (Specific Absorption Rate : an energy to be absorbed by the human body exposed to the radio wave. WILLCOMfs terminal has much lower SAR (approx. 0.03-0.08 W/kg) than its limit in Japan (2W/kg) ) etc. can be realized.
     And at the same time, further reasonable discount service gFamily Packh for family and corporate users will be launched.
     Further, WILLCOM is planning to launch more convenient voice and data communications services at any time by providing gWILLCOMfs Flat-rate Planh subscribers with optional services such as, flat-rate packet data communications service gReal Internet Plus [1X]h etc.

(1) Monthly Basic Fee
Monthly Basic Fee 2,900 yen (incl. tax)/month
Communications between WILLCOM terminals Free
E-mail / Direct Mail E-mails via AIR-EDGE PHONE and EDGE E-mail (packet) are free
Note 1) Surcharge (10.5 yen (incl. tax)/30 secs) will be billed for continuous talk over a fixed time (2 hrs and 45 mins).
Note 2)Continuous talk over a fixed time (16 hrs) may be disconnected.

(2) Communication fee for other cases than above
Calling to Communication Fee (incl. tax)
WILLCOM to Fixed Line 10.5 yen/30 secs
WILLCOM to IP Phone
WILLCOM to Mobile Phon 13.125 yen/30 secs
Packet Data communications
(1X packet)		 0.021 yen/packet
Half price of the above will be available for a period from May 1 to June 30, 2005.

(3) Others
     This plan is for one year contract or longer and long-term, multi-line, A&B and data set discount services are not applicable.


gFamily Packh

     If gWILLCOMfs Flat-rate Planh is contracted for more than 2 PHSs, monthly basic fee will be discounted to 2,200 yen (Incl. Tax) from the 2nd PHS and above.
     Further, gWILLCOMfs Flat-rate Planh can be used with a fee of 2,200 yen (incl. tax)/month from the 1st PHS for each AIR-EDGE contract.

gReal Internet Plus [1X]g

     WILLCOM is providing gWILLCOMfs Flat-rate Planh subscribers with a flat-rate packet data communications service gReal Internet Plus [1X]g with a fee of 2,100 yen (incl. tax)/month.
     Thanks to the above, voice communications between WILLCOM terminals, E-mails, Internet access by stand-alone telephone and by networked PC are all available at free of charge.
