1 Q:	What is the company profile and feature of Inventec Appliances Corporation (Inventec)?
A:	Inventec Appliances Corporation, a spin-off from Inventec Group, is a Taiwanese company having its global operations in 7 cities including Taipei, Shanghai, Nanjing, Beijing, Munich, Dallas and San Francisco, in 6 major facilities including Taipei, Shanghai, Pudong, Nanjing, Jiangning and Dallas. IAC has over 12,000 employees, more than 1,600 of which are engineers. IAC is focusing on design, develop and manufacture smart handhelds and network appliances.
2 Q:	What is the reason why Inventec decided to enter into the PHS business?
A:	Top management foresaw the potential of PHS market in China as well as in many other overseas countries.
3 Q:	How many engineers does Inventec currently have and where the mobile phone design is being performed? Further, those products are manufactured in Nanjing?
A:	There are about 250 engineers dedicated on PHS handsets. All of them are in IAC Nanjing & IAC Jiangning.
