Postscripts

     This summer, a huge hurricane "Katrina" attacked the southern America and caused serious damages. On the other hand, Japan had a big "Niigata Chuetsu Earthquake" last October.

     The PHS is believed to be disaster resistant because its service is being provided with more cellstations (CSs) than the mobile phone systems so that even if one CS is down, the remaining CS can substitute for that and this advantage has been reported at the time of "Niigata Chuetsu Earthquake" as well.

     Actually the PHS is the fruit of the science progress, however, unfortunately we cannot simply overcome the nature's violence whatever the science progresses!
